so there have been times here that we just sit & think... that was sooo cool. thank you god!
like on saturday, the wallace family was coming back from a 2 week holiday so we cooked dinner for them. FAJITAS. so we needed to go to the grocery store (carrefour) to get food & daphne says she can bring us reallllly quickly. we get there, stressed a little bit, & get into a line to check out.
the girl working that register is about our age & asks why we are in spain... daphne jumps in & tells her about us working at a church & all that. the girls just asks, "Can I please go to church with you?".. this does NOT happen in Spain!!! we ended up getting her phone number & she may come next week.
so THANK YOU GOD for making us go to the store, for taking too long, for getting in that line, for being young girls that she wanted to talk to....
